2019年《中華人民共和國政府和泰王國政府聯(lián)合新聞聲明》（以下簡稱《中泰聯(lián)合新聞聲明》）提出“通過聯(lián)合辦學(xué)、專項交流、學(xué)術(shù)交流、遠(yuǎn)程授課等方式，加強各層次、各領(lǐng)域教育合作，為兩國發(fā)展建設(shè)提供人才和智力支撐”。同時，泰國無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)方興未艾，可廣泛應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)、建筑、調(diào)查、繪圖、消防等多領(lǐng)域，有巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>

Article 19 of the 2019 “Joint Press Statement by the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand” (hereinafter referred to as the “China-Thailand Joint Press Statement”) states: “Strengthening education cooperation at all levels and in various fields through joint education, special program exchanges, academic exchanges, distance teaching, etc. to provide talent and intellectual support for the development and construction of the two countries”. Meanwhile, Thailand’s UAV industry is in the ascendant and can be widely used in many fields such as agriculture, construction, surveying, drawing, and firefighting.

為更好落實《中泰聯(lián)合新聞聲明》要求，響應(yīng)泰國4.0戰(zhàn)略及東部經(jīng)濟走廊計劃（EEC），中泰將通過CCTE國際教育合作新模式加強和無人機學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)教育合作及產(chǎn)業(yè)對接，培養(yǎng)更多“通語言、有技術(shù)、能應(yīng)用”的無人機產(chǎn)業(yè)國際化專業(yè)人才。

In order to better implement the China-Thailand Joint Press Statement, China’s Belt and Road Initiative, Thailand’s Industry 4.0 Strategy and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Plan, and to train more people who understand Chinese, Thai and have the knowledge of UAV technology, all parties will strengthen and expand specialty education cooperation and industrial cooperation related to the subject of UAV with the new model of CCTE international education cooperation, and reach the following consensus:

2019年12月16日，泰國東部職教中心主任頌猜主任和唐風(fēng)一行訪問天途航空，進(jìn)行了考察交流。天途研發(fā)中心及外貿(mào)部相關(guān)同事介紹了天途航空新開發(fā)的技術(shù)、開發(fā)進(jìn)程及無人機教育培訓(xùn)體系。天途董事長楊苡出席簽約儀式，三方就未來中泰無人機學(xué)科職業(yè)教育合作簽署協(xié)議。以期促進(jìn)各方組建聯(lián)盟、共同推動無人機學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)建設(shè)，并對接產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)，共同推動合作項目的規(guī)劃與實施。

合作方本著“互信、尊重、友好、互利”的原則，共同探索CCTE模式下EEC區(qū)域無人機學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域合作。天途負(fù)責(zé)無人機培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)，包括落地天途研發(fā)的數(shù)字化培訓(xùn)體系，建立數(shù)據(jù)可視追蹤平臺、教學(xué)管理平臺、VR教學(xué)系統(tǒng)和智能教具四位一體，實現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化、信息化培訓(xùn)，推動泰國無人機專業(yè)領(lǐng)域本地化人才的長效培養(yǎng)。

未來將合作推進(jìn) “互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”形式下的CCTE模式合作辦學(xué)、學(xué)術(shù)交流、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)合作、聯(lián)合證書課程、國際技能大賽、科研合作及產(chǎn)業(yè)項目合作等。

At the same time, all parties will jointly discuss the education cooperation related to UAV disciplines in EEC region under the CCTE model based>TTA is responsible for the output of UAV professional courses and curriculum system. The both sides will, with joint effort, to form personnel training programs, teaching plans, training base construction, and carry out network teaching and face-to-face teaching in a variety of forms of professional education cooperation projects.

In the future, all parties will cooperate in running schools, academic exchanges, vocational training, joint certificate courses, international skill competitions, scientific research cooperation and industrial project cooperation.

TTA is a global leader in industrial drones and training, with more than 160 drone patents. TTA sets up R & D centers in Beijing and Chengdu to develop unmanned systems and drone .Provides agriculture spraying, remote sensing mapping, power energy inspection, air monitoring, emergency rescue, police security and other UAV products and services.

TTA as one of the earliest domestic training bases approved by the Chinese Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), is the No. 1 test center of the North China Region of China Civil Aviation AOPA. Won the AOPA best training institution for three consecutive years. It is an unmanned aerial vehicle education based with qualifications for pilots, captains, and instructors of both civil aviation AOPA multi-rotors, fixed-wing (including vertical take-off and landing) and helicopter models.
